Support resources

There are a number of resources that users should be aware of to get the most out of the primary care IT subscription.

The Website

The Primary Care IT Website gives access to:

  • The support centre. This area has useful “how to” guides and videos for all our tools
  • The PCIT Hub. The hub gives access to downloadable resources and information on toolsets like the IIF, Enhanced services, Searches, Handy Protocols and much more
  • The Info Hub. This hub has a collection of patient and professional information resources arranged alphabetically on topics from ADHD to Winter Health and everything in between!
  • Submit a Support Ticket. This allows any user o contact us through the website on any issue in a manner that we can see track of.
  • Learning Account. Where you are now, this allows users to have tailored educational resources and track their learning.

The Facebook page

On our Facebook page you will find updates on our new releases as well as information about important upcoming changes affecting General Practice.

There is an opportunity for subscribers to share experiences and to ask questions of the community.

The RSS feed

The RSS feed is a way for us to keep all your team up to date with what is new in the land of PCIT.

If you give us permission to configure it we can put a regular news feed into the bottom right hand section of your EMIS Web home screen.

This will include updates on training and the release of new tool (like our Flu searches and protocols).

If this is not enabled please either submit a ticket through the website or send us an email with your site details.
