GLP-1 RA Shortage Search
To support practices in processing action points from this National Patient Safety Alert relating to GLP1-RA shortages, Primary Care IT is pleased to share a cluster of searches that should help you identify patients recommended for clinical review by the Primary Care Diabetes Society (PCDS).
We have built out searches that specifically pick out patients who may need a more detailed review or conversation to stop their therapy or change their overall strategy, in line with the shared decision-making recommended by the NPSA and PCDS.
Polio Vaccination Coverage
In response to the Public Health alert that vaccine-derived poliovirus has been detected in sewage in parts of London, we have authored some free searches to help Practices identify patients who have incomplete or no coverage against the poliovirus. They can be used as a basis for commencing a data quality check of patient records, and then a recall system to invite patients to receive a vaccination course.

Seasonal Influenza Searches 2023/24
This collection of searches has been designed to support Practices running a call/recall program for their seasonal influenza campaign. Built-in line with the Enhanced Service criteria, searches are grouped by eligibility cohorts to assist in prioritising groups of patients to invite, and then to monitor uptake across each of the cohorts. A data quality folder offers searches to highlight missed or incorrect coding to ensure that all activity will be funded following the monthly CQRS extracts.
