A message from our team
Happy Friday! Welcome to our July newsletter full of updates to our searches & tools to help support your practice. We’ve had a busy last month onboarding new customers and preparing to go live in new areas in August. We’ve attended another conference this month, it was great to speak with the attendees!
Thank you, as always, for your continued support.
Best wishes,
James (Customer Experience Manager)

Resource Releases & Updates
💉 Out of Schedule Vaccinations 💉
The templates have been developed to support the recording of out-of-schedule vaccinations following immunosuppressive treatment, with built-in clinical guidance, safety checks and quick-reference vaccination schedules.
The templates can be accessed:
From the PCIT Vaccs / Child Imms template, or
By searching “Out of Schedule” using the F12 launcher or the search box in the bottom left of SystmOne.
Please could you make your clinicians aware that these templates are now available for use.
I’ve also included links to the support articles below, which provide an overview of the template workflow and the clinical pathways covered.
1️⃣ Frailty Coding Considerations
Frailty affects blood pressure targets across CD001, CD002, HYP010, HYP011 and DM036. It also affects HbA1c targets for DM020 and DM021, where patients coded as frail may have higher HbA1c thresholds.
📚 For more information, please see our support guide here.
2️⃣ BMI Review (OB004/OB005)
3️⃣ COPD Register Changes
These alerts will appear where changes to the QOF COPD register rules appear to have either added or removed a patient from the COPD register. This allows the patient’s COPD coding to be reviewed and amended where appropriate.
📚 For more information, please see our support guide here.
4️⃣ Heart Failure Review
Patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction may be eligible for the four pillars of heart failure management, so accurate coding and review is important.
