Resource Releases & Updates
💉 MMR/V Catch-Up Campaign
Please note that the Childhood Vaccinations page of the OneTemplate NonPrescriber has the appropriate codes for both MMR and MMRV vaccines depending on the age of the patient.
🧑🏻⚕️ 025 PCN Contracts – Including IIF
Cancer referral audits that were based on a fiscal year have been changed to a rolling 12 month audit to support practices using this year round for safety netting. Practices wishing to run a fiscal year audit can still do so by using a relative run date of 1st April.
Cancer screening searches have been removed from 025 to avoid confusion as they are already available in folder 028.
SMR searches have been updated to include Patients on antidepressants and Patients on the learning disability register.
🔎 Autumn/Winter Seasonal Vaccinations & RSV Vaccinations
Top Tip – We are aware that some customers are looking for work to do to prepare for the flu season. Although the majority of patients become eligible for flu vaccination from October, pregnant patient are eligible for vaccination from 1st September. This cohort can be harder to correctly identify so we recommend review the practice register of patients whose coding indicates a current pregnancy to ensure that patients who are no longer pregnant have appropriate coding adding to indicate a pregnancy outcome. This helps to ensure appropriate patients can be invited as early as possible and also to avoid any distressing messages to patients who are no longer pregnant. See folder 020D Registers – PA-213a) Currently pregnant for this.
The RSV Vaccination searches are in the process of being updated to reflect the new additional cohort in the amended specification from 1st September. This update will also be deployed to all customers.

Queries about CQC Navigator?
CQC inspection teams use a set of searches which have been designed to help them to understand how a Practice manages their patient population, and to identify clinical situations which should not be happening. To support with this, Primary Care IT has adapted these searches to help practices understand what might need to be addressed before a CQC inspector finds it.
We recommend checking our CQC Navigator FAQ guide here. If you have any questions after reading the article, please raise a ticket with us for support.
How do I raise a support ticket?
If you ever need to contact us for support, the best way to reach us is by creating a support ticket, you can do this here. These tickets are triaged internally and passed to the relevant member of our team to ensure your request or question is answered to the best of our ability. You can always chase the progress of your support tickets by calling our office (0333 344 3678) and providing your ticket reference number.
